Video Production Unicorn

One year, I took on a Dunkin' Donuts Commercial Series and

The Players Championship Shoot back to back.

At the golf tournament, we had 8 cameras, including a tank from Brain Farm that was driven in from the West Coast to Ponte Vedra, FL, robotic car cameras, and other cinematic vehicles.

The day prior, back in MA, I had the challenge of having the talent for only 8 hours: Big Papi and Gronk. In that short window, I had to teach them to sing 4 songs about Dunkin coffee, shoot a print campaign, as well as 4 music videos: each in a different genre.

PRODUCTION MIRACLE is an understatement!

Telling Stories of Maternal Mortality

I had the honor of writing and producing stories around the globe about maternal mortality for Merck for Mothers.

I talked to families, government officials, non-profit leaders, and doctors in Uganda, Zambia, India, Senegal, and the U.S.

It was emotional, illuminating, and life-changing to learn how common this problem can be, and that these deaths are all PREVENTABLE.

I look forward to more storytelling on this topic as it's very close to my heart.

Opioid Awareness for the DEA

While working for The Rendon Group, in 2018 + 2019,

Doug Wicks and I traveled the country for the DEA.

We produced a variety of video content for them including profiles of families who lost someone to an accidental overdose.

In New Orleans, I conducted an interview with a coroner that

I will never forget. There are things I can never unsee!

Yes, for my interview with WV Governor Jim Justice,

I did wear flip-flops. That's how I roll.

For levity, we had fun filming locator shots in each city.

Filming the Quabbin Documentary During the Pandemic

During Covid, my colleague Doug and I had the cool assignment
of producing a documentary about the Quabbin Reservoir.

In the 1930s, 4 towns were demolished and over 6,600 graves disinterred to Quabbin Park Cemetery to build this reservoir.

We depicted that history as well as shared stories of the talented staff who protect the Quabbin today.

This engineering marvel provides drinking water to most of Massachusetts. What a gift to experience this magical place
year-round!

The Pasha Documentary featuring a legendary Afghan Warlord

From 2014 - 2021, I worked alongside Director Josie Maynard on an incredible film called The Pasha. I traveled to NYC regularly to collaborate with Josie. What a fascinating journey!

In 2021, the film premiered at the Oldenburg Film Festival in Germany.

Josie is interviewed here about the process:
